Join Kuf Knotz and Christine Elise for a beauiful live music performance! Kathy Bucher for a qigong session, closing with a guided meditation with Leslie Avila/DelightFul.

4:15 pm to 4:45 pm Qigong with Kathy Bucher owner of Transformational Martial Arts

QiGong is the practice of moving the flow of energy throughout the body using breathing and movements.  Qi (life force) Gong (the practice) strengthens and builds harmony while cultivating an inner sense of peace.  We will be practicing the 8 Brocades or "smooth silken movements" along with partner healing techniques.

Bio: MC/ Poet/ Songwriter Kuf Knotz and classically trained Harpist/Pianist /Vocalist Christine Elise have combined forces. The unlikely pair connected and built the project with a similar vision, wanting to create positive, forward thinking music driven by a strong message. They offer motivational creative arts workshops and performances at various settings such as hospitals, schools and community centers. Their mission is to use the power of music, personal experience and empathetic relation to help individuals grow to meet their fullest potential.

Performance Description: Kuf Knotz & Christine Elise’s performance is a soulful collection of thoughts, words, and sounds that have been carefully crafted to create a jubilant experience. Cultivating the juxtaposition of mindful reflection and feeling free to effortlessly move to the rhythms, their performance is an era fusing, genre bending journey intended to leave the listener feeling invigorated.

5:45 pm -6pm Meditation with Leslie Avila owner of DelightFull

“Leslie will take us on a visualization journey through meditation that will bring us back to the Self. We will mend the parts of ourselves that jointly create the whole self, and through this are we also bringing consciousness to mending the whole parts of the collective Self, remembering that we are One.”
