The evening before our 2nd Annual Yoga Love Festival for a magical, healing sound bath. 

After join Brian Wilson for a meditative galaxy experience called, " You Are Here". This will be held on the beautiful sacred land at Amethyst Retreat Center. 

 Light snacks &  tea will be provided. Spend some time exploring the property, gentle hiking trails, labrynith, and so much more! We will have a community fire in the evening. Please bring blankets and chairs for outside around the fire. Camp for an additional $22.

What is a sound bath?

Sound bath is a healing practice where the listener relaxes in a reclined position and is bathed in sound vibration, letting the sound wash over them.  It is an ancient practice dating back more than 2,000 years with roots in Tibet.  A sound bath can calm the nervous system, balance the subtle body, ease depression and anxiety, alleviate insomnia, boost creativity, and deepen meditation.

About Brian Wilson:

 ---  Brian is an Amethyst Retreat Center volunteer with a lifelong sense of curiosity and wonder about the night sky. Inspired by the officially designated Dark Sky Park at Cherry Springs State Park, Brian facilitates a very informal Stargazing night at Amethyst once a month.               

 

While not an expert, he enjoys helping people familiarize themselves with what they're seeing in the night sky.  ---
